Booking your stay
Booking your stay with us can be done by telephone or e-mail. Please telephone if you require a quick response. I do not always manage to sit down at the computer daily!

Travel
Pewsey station is approximately 5 miles away. There is a bus service or reliable taxi services available. However, we are in a very rural location and are more suitable to the car owner. If you are coming via public transport it is recommend to make door to door arrangements before you travel.

For guests walking or cycling the Kennet and Avon canal we are 300 metres from bridge 124. We have safe lock up storeage for bikes.

Car Park
We have two off road car parking areas. The parking immediately by the accommodation is for two cars and there are three spaces just the other side of the driveway. Both are hard compact gravel surfaces.

Accommodation
The accommodation is in an annexe which is over part of the main house on the first floor and has its own access up wooden stairs onto the balcony from the two space car park. There are ten steps which are open slates. They are 29cm  hight and 25cm deep and the staircase is 66cm wide with a non-slip surface. The handrail is 10cm wide on both sides. Automatic sensor lighting operates to light the car parks, stairs and balcony.

The entrance to the smaller double and twin have a step 15cm high into a porch. The facilites in these rooms are the same. The main door to both rooms are 74cm wide. The door into the ensuite is 74cm wide. The showers have swivel doors which when open, the entrance to the shower is 50cm wide and the shower tray is 30cm high. The cubicle is 74cm by 80cm. The shower height is adjustable and has a removable hose. Both shower have safety hand  rails and rubber mats are providedd to prevent slipping in the shower.

The double is 4ft6in wide and the twin beds are 3ft wide.

The entrance to the large double is a double glazed door with a high step of 23cm into a porch. The door into the bedroom and ensuite are both 74cm wide.

This room has a 5ft bed and the ensuite has a bath with shower over the bath and a removable hose and safety hand.rail.

All pillows and duvets are non allergy.

Conservatory
Breakfast is served in the conservatory which is situated on the end of the house. There are two steps down, one is 13cm deep the other 15cm deep, down to the passage along the back of the house which takes you to the conservatory. The passage is 103cm wide. The step into the conservatory is 15cm high and the door is 76cm wide.

We have a highchair available for infants.

We are happy to cater for special dietary requirements. Please advise us when booking if you have any. All food is cooked freshly to order for each guest.

Arrival, departure and breakfast times
When booking we will ask for an arrival time as we cannot guarantee there will always be someone available to greet and check you in. If you are held up it is appreciated and adviseable to contact us.

Check out time is by 11.00 a.m. unless otherwise arranged.

Breakfast is between 7.00 a.m. and 9.30 a.m. We will ask you on arrival what time you would like it.

Outdoor facilities
We have a sheltered patio by the accommodation and a well established shady garden for guests to relax in. Our firendly dog may come and see you in the main garden.
